When hunger calls, The Edge offers two dining options – Peak Restaurant and the Edge Champagne Bar.

If fine dining with a view is your style, head up to the 101st floor and treat yourself at Peak Restaurant – it’s an experience.

If you’re in the mood for something lighter – the Edge Champagne Bar is your go-to spot. Located right on the observation deck, this bar serves delightful cocktails and snacks that are perfect for enjoying while you take in the sights.

Peak Restaurant 

The Peak Restaurant is on the 101st floor, right above the observation deck. It is a sky-high vacation, offering a dining experience with unparalleled views.

The best part of dining in this premium restaurant is that you get complimentary access to the Edge! 

You’ll enter the Hudson Yards Building through the Shop of Hudson Yards before taking an elevator to the 5th-floor lounge.

The elevator ride is part of the experience – featuring an animated cityscape that evolves as you ascend to the 101st floor.

Peak serves modern American cuisine with vegan and gluten-free options. Its floor-to-ceiling windows, designed by renowned architect David Rockwell, let you soak in the city lights while savoring seasonal dishes.

It features a variety of dining options, including the private dining room Sky Cellar, Peak Lounge (Quin Bar) for private and semi-private events, and the late-night lounge Peakaboo.

Some of their must-try options are Chicory Salad, New York strip Steak, and Crunchy toast.
